Chief Business Officers

There are four chancellor units: Rutgers University–Camden, Rutgers University–Newark, Rutgers University–New Brunswick, and Rutgers Biomedical Health Sciences. Each chancellor unit has a senior administrator who oversees the financial and administrative operations. They report directly to the respective Chancellors, as well as to the Executive Vice President for Finance and Administration, and University Treasurer.

Kathy serves as the chief financial and administrative officer of Rutgers Biomedical and Health Sciences (RBHS). She provides advice regarding the strategic positioning of RBHS to optimize business development and entrepreneurial opportunities, and is responsible for recommending strategies to assure fiscal solvency, economic well-being, and administrative and operational efficiencies across the tripartite mission.

Larry is responsible for all aspects of budgetary planning for the campus, oversees the construction of new facilities and upgrades to existing buildings. He directs the efficient operations of the budget, financial services, human resources, institutional research, information technology, and sponsored research offices, as well as such centralized University functions on the Camden campus as the RU Police Department and facilities.

Amber leads and coordinates administrative services; advance university's anchor institution priorities through economic development and partnerships; manages RU-Newark's budget and fiscal affairs; and aligns university resources to advance strategic initiatives and priority projects. Amber is RU-Newark's point person on all fiscal, budgetary and administrative matters and serves as liaison for central services including capital planning, real estate development, facility operations, housing, information technology, transportation, and parking.
