To file a missing or damaged property claim, complete a Missing or Damaged Property Incident Report and send a copy to Healthcare Risk and Claims Management at HRCM@RBHS.rutgers.edu.

Do not discard or remove damaged property without the approval of Healthcare Risk and Claims Management.
