International Payments
We have partnered with Flywire and CIBC Student Pay to provide international students with secure payment methods that simplify the payment process. Flywire and CIBC Student Pay are the only vendors authorized by Rutgers to facilitate international payments; therefore, for safety and security reasons, students should not attempt to make international payments to the university through other third-party vendors or via direct wire transfer.
Sanction Information
No payments will be processed from/to the following sanctioned and/or prohibited countries: Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK), Donetsk & Luhansk regions of Ukraine, Cuba, Iran, Republic of Syria, Crimea, Sudan, Russia, Belarus, and all OFAC-sanctioned foreign entities.
