University Finance and Administration's (UFA's) guiding principles – support and collaboration, understanding and trust, how we work, strategic alignment, and accountability – are building blocks for our collective achievements across UFA and with our partners across Rutgers.
Our division works closely with the following affiliated offices:

The Office of Information Technology (OIT) is Rutgers’ enterprise IT office. OIT provides universitywide technology support and services, including email, videoconferencing, the Rutgers network, high-performance research computing, and more. OIT also collaborates with department IT professionals on projects and initiatives for the Rutgers community.

The Office for Research provides a pipeline of services across Rutgers to drive and support faculty research and strategically leads the university's economic development activities. Their cutting-edge research, sponsored by federal and state agencies, and increasingly by corporations and foundations, contributes to the medical, environmental, social and cultural well-being of the state. By transforming Rutgers research into products, services and partnerships, the office help New Jersey’s economy grow.

University Human Resources oversees functions that support university employees and promote a positive work environment for faculty and staff. The department's vision is to be a strategic partner with university leadership, use progressive practices to meet the needs of a changing environment and workforce, and provide the best in service for all Rutgers employees.
