Goals 

• Educate UFA staff and internal partners about topics related to universitywide finances and UFA functions/roles, and provide resources to support adoption, retention, and engagement 
• Build community among UFA staff by sharing stories, creating experiences, and celebrating each other and our accomplishments 
• Develop a more diverse portfolio of assets that illustrate the guidance, services, and tools UFA utilizes to ensure the stewardship of the university's financial resources 
• Provide thought leadership/oversight and implement project communications strategies for UFA initiatives
