Off-Campus Events

Organizing an off-campus event? You might need an Informed Consent Waiver or a Certificate of Insurance. 

Please contact  Matt Spaventa by phone (848-932-3008) or email spaventa@finance.rutgers.edu for help with developing an Informed Consent Waiver or addressing Certificate of Insurance requests related to off-campus events. 

If the off-campus location requires a Certificate of Insurance, forward a copy of the site’s contract and/or insurance requirements, along with details such as the date(s) and description of activities, to Matt Spaventa at spaventa@finance.rutgers.edu at least one week prior to the activity.
