UFA Human Resources
With a focus on UFA’s mission and strategic business goals, UFA Human Resources collaborates with senior leadership to provide guidance on people management.
Services:
- Provide administrative direction, coordination, and implementation of employment programs and procedures across UFA, in collaboration with University Human Resources, the Office of Labor Relations, and Office of General Counsel
- Provide consultation and advisement in the areas of employee relations, performance management, discipline or other work issues
- Ensure compliance with Rutgers employment policies, union contracts, procedures and state and federal regulations.
- Provide consultation in the areas of job design, organization structure, hiring and compensation
- Manage recruitment and onboarding processes
- Oversee and advise on classification and salary adjustment processes
- Support UFA initiatives related to culture, diversity, equity and inclusion
