Lauren Sammerson

Lauren leads the development and implementation of strategic communications, unifying and modernizing UFA’s approach to internal and external communications. She champions best practices and ensuring compliance with university guidance and policies. She leads the division’s communications team and oversees content creation and dissemination across platforms, amplifying the division's work through targeted outreach and engagement strategies. 

Most recently, Lauren served as vice president of global communications and media relations for Chubb. Prior to that, she served as senior vice president of global corporate communications and a content team leader at Bank of America. Lauren’s extensive background includes communication and content leadership roles at institutions and firms, including LPL Financial, Lincoln Financial, ING, and RT&E integrated communications.
