Associate Vice President and Deputy Chief Compliance Officer Eugene Simon is responsible for the operational administration of University Ethics and Compliance, including overseeing groups within the department. He joined the university in 2017, promoting Rutgers’ shared responsibility to uphold ethical standards and compliance obligations. Gene partners with his division and university community to address reported issues and proactively identify and reduce risks impacting Rutgers by supporting efficient and effective mitigation strategies, recommending process enhancements, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and compliance at the university.
