What You Need to Know
The University has a contracts in place for bottled water providers, food, catering, banqueting, equipment rental, specifically for party rental equipment, including chairs, tables, linens tablecloths, staging, and tents. These can be purchased in accordance with university policy 40.4.1 Travel and Business Expense Policy.

The Purchasing Process
Required documents for either purchase order type:
- At least one (1) quote attached to the RU Marketplace requisition as an external attachment.
- Any supplier-specific forms

Bottled Water Providers
Bottled water includes the supply, service, and rental of bottled water, water coolers, filtration services, and case water. The University has contracts with two providers (Ready Refresh and W.B. Mason) and a Pcard is the preferred method of payments. Use the links below to register a new account or log in to an existing one.
Catering
Rutgers has contracted suppliers who can provide on-site and/or off-site catering services to the university community. Use the links to access information about the various services, which range from full service special events catering to casual, drop-off, buffet, and self-service offerings.
Party Equipment Rental
Rutgers has one university-wide contract available to all Rutgers units for party and event rentals, including chairs, tables, linens, tablecloths, staging, tents, lighting and sound equipment, coat racks/hangers, and other miscellaneous items.
