Invoices
Invoices are used to pay suppliers for goods or services provided to the university. Proper documentation, including a purchase order when required, facilitates submission requirements.
Check Requests & Non-PO Uploads
For payments that cannot be processed through a purchase order or procurement system, use a check request or non-PO upload. Supporting documentation and appropriate departmental approval must be included.
University Cards
University-issued cards provide a convenient method for authorized university purchases. Cardholders are responsbile for adhering to usage limits and reporting requirements.
ACH and E-Payments
Electronic payment options, including ACH, enable fast, secure payments directly to supplier or employee accounts. ACH and other electronic payments streamline processing and reduce paper checks.
Invoicing and Payments
Manage invoices, supplier payments, and payment methods while accessing resources that support efficient, transparent, and compliant purchasing and payment processes.
Travel and Business Expenses
Rutgers will reimburse justified travel and business expenses incurred by employees, students, and guests while conducting university-related business. Employees, students, and guests are required to follow university policy. Reimbursements must be submitted within 60 days of incurred expenses.
