Student ABC

At Student Accounting, Billing, and Cashier Services—sometimes referred to as the Bursar's Office, the Campus Business Office, or the Cashier's Office—we help you resolve any financial issues that you might encounter with your student account.  

We oversee the charges and credits related to tuition, fees, housing, dining, payments, financial aid credits, tuition remission, and Student Health Insurance Plan (SHIP) premiums for each of your semesters at Rutgers.

What We Do 

• Manage student bill payments through our Payment Center; 

• keep track of your financial status (including tuition, fees, and credits) through Student Accounts Receivable (SAR); and

• help you stay up to date with reminder notices through Student Billing and Collections while coordinating exit counseling, collecting loans (Perkins, institutional, and emergency), and addressing delinquent tuition accounts.
