Strategic Funding & Mission Alignment

This work stream includes the RCM Five-Year Review Committee’s recommendations related to aligning the budget model with university priorities, including Rutgers’ commitments to its public mission, interdisciplinary collaboration, and academic excellence across all disciplines. 

Work in this area will focus on creating mechanisms for distributing and allocating strategic funds to mission-critical functions and initiatives and developing effective communications about leadership priorities and strategic funding decisions.
