Larry Gaines

Larry is responsible for all aspects of finance and administration for the campus, including budgeting and financial reporting, student accounting, construction of new facilities, and upgrades to existing buildings. He directs the efficient operations of the budget as well as financial services, human resources, campuswide marketing, and information technology. Larry is also the campus liaison for the centralized university functions of the Rutgers University Police Department and facilities.
