About
John is accountable for leading the teams responsible for the successful implementation of a portfolio of projects and initiatives underpinning administrative and student services, as well as improvements and business process operational improvements across UFA and the university. He has additional executive oversight of UFA operations, providing guidance and strategic direction for operational, functional, and non-policy-related matters. He leads information systems operations teams for UFA as well as for non-financial support components of UFA.
