William Troy

Bill provides expertise and leadership in the areas of universitywide risk management, and he is responsible for providing oversight and direction for risk management across all campuses and all programs. He partners with leadership teams to ensure that risks are identified and considered in the development of the strategic vision and to proactively balance risks and benefits to the university. Bill also coordinates risk assessments, provides leadership to the Office of Risk Management, and develops and communicates risk reports to management.
